5. WEBSITE CONTENT. The information published on this Site are based on submissions made by the establishments themselves. PHONE NUMBERS, ADDRESSES, AND OTHER FACTUAL INFORMATION WERE CORRECT TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE WHEN PUBLISHED ON THIS SITE; ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGES MAY NOT BE REFLECTED.  
 
6. MEMBER CONDUCT. You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.
